What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum is one 20-foot container (FCL) for most products typically 18–25 MT depending on the commodity. For higher value products such as vanilla beans or macadamia nuts, smaller quantities are possible. Contact us to discuss.
What documents do you provide with each shipment?
Every shipment includes a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (KNCCI), and Phytosanitary Certificate (KEPHIS). Quality inspection reports are available on request. Additional certificates halal, non-GMO, organic available for applicable products.
How long does shipping take?
From order confirmation to vessel departure at Mombasa is typically 2–4 weeks. Transit times: Asia 14–21 days, Europe 21–28 days, Middle East 7–14 days. We confirm exact lead time in every quotation.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
We supply on FOB Mombasa, CIF, CFR, or EXW terms. FOB Mombasa is our standard. Specify your preferred Incoterm in your enquiry and we will quote accordingly.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes. Samples are available for most agricultural products and all sisal fibre grades. Provided free of charge to verified importers you cover courier cost to your destination. Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% advance with 70% payable against shipping documents T/T or irrevocable Letter of Credit. All transactions in USD. Open to discussing other arrangements for established trading partners.
